Finally CUBA is back in the water. π₯³π₯³
But there is no rest for the wicket, with our VISA expiring and very few weather windows opening up we grabbed the opportunity to cast the lines.
We did a shakedown sail to the North (or as the locals say Noord) of the Island. With all checks done, we did a wild Provisioning dash:
300 cans of kitty crew meals and ofc some Dutch Antille's Must Haves (lotsa cheese) were quickly picked and rushed back into CUBA's belly.
We spent the night filling every possible corner with foodstuffs and with only 2 hours of sleep we approached we dreadful customs dock once again.
All went well and just like that we are on the way again and into the wild!
We have only 4 days to reach the Windward Passage before wind and waves will become too inhospitable for us to sail through it.
But so far we are making great progress and we also finally managed to maintain Starlink and our Freezer powered. Wohoo!! ππ
