So this is Champaign Sailing!
Added 2023-07-12 15:54:38 +0000 UTCWe rarely sail in conditions that allow me to stretch out on deck and pick up a book. Usually, the sea state is much too rough and all hands are required in case we need to change course or reef the sails.
But every now and then, we sail in the wave shadow of an island and if we get really lucky, our course will be downwind or broad reach with a steady breeze.
That's when we can let our hair down a little and enjoy a few moments of picture-perfect sailing bliss! 🥰⛵💙
