What a Whirlwind!

We were in the midst of making plans where to sail to next to explore and film, but life onboard hardly ever works out as planned.
The day before yesterday, we got prepared for an extended hike, take some pictures and fly the drone. And just as we were about to lock SV CUBA up and leave, the captain noticed an issue in our engine bay.
Rucksacks were quickly dropped back onto the floor and within minutes we were in full problem-tackling mode.
As I am writing this to you, we have still not solved the issue, but at least we have managed to stop water from coming into the boat - mostly. 😵
For the moment we are making phone call after phone call to arrange to be lifted out somewhere close.
It is all a bit of a whirlwind at the moment here onboard SV CUBA, but we are sure we will regain some normality soon. 🤞🤞
For now I want to wish you all a slightly less chaotic rest of the week than we are having at the moment! 😂😂

We were able to contain the leak to a trickle - that were a few slightly chaotic days though haha
