Weekly Webinar #81: Heroes & Villains — Winston Churchill

A good piece of dispropaganda on Churchill https://www.dispropaganda.com/single-post/2019/11/29/winston-churchills-unknown-crimes

Great presentation, at first I didn't feel it was gonna be an interesting topic but then capture my attention

This was awesome..nothing is ever how it's reported by media..too much propaganda and one sided views. Also, I always wondered what happend to France after they were conquered and why there weren't the amount of horror stories being reported there like in Russia and some of the other countries. Bottomline there was alot of fault and crimes committed during WWI and WWII

He was also a despicable racist, who said, "I hate Indians. They are a beastly people with a beastly religion." He orchestrated the Bengal famine of 1943 by taking away millions of tons of rice from the starving populace and shipping it to the Middle East. So much for calling other people “beastly”. Pot calling the kettle black.

Like Napoleon, Chamberlain wrote the history of his wars about himself.

You should do something like this for Lennon, Stalin and or zar Nicholas

thank you coach for this presentation. There are a lot of lies and propaganda surrounding World War II.

If you want to get deep into the minutia look at: FDR, LBJ, Teddy R, Andy Jackson. For sheer Amazing: Caesar, Napoleon, G. Washington. Volumes have already been written.

Booze: Noting that you never mentioned Churchill’s drinking. He consumed large amouts of alcohol daily for years and still managed to live to a ripe old age of 90 something. Pretty remarkable. What was that about the ‘evils’ of the bottle? Life is more complicated than we give it credit for.

Points very well taken. You’re right on both of them, of course. CRP

Good suggestion, let me think about it. CRP

Love this new series of taking look at Historical figured and educating on some essential world history. Can we do Stalin, Bolsheviks, & maybe even Che Guevara sometime in the future? (people seem to idolize em now more than ever these days smh)

Minor addition to one of your points but when the British bombed the French fleet it wasn't just mothballed, it was under the control of the French. So the casualties (and there were some) of the bombing were not Germans, of course - they were French naval personnel. Almost 1,300 French naval personnel. I would make a minor but important quibble that Churchill wasn't solely responsible for the atrocities. I'm not saying you are wrong in your analysis but what I'm adding is there were people in the FDR Administration (like Hans Morgenthau) who were of like mind and pushed the same sort of intransigence and vengeance. The whole "unconditional surrender" position taken by the allies, not just Britain, in refusing any form of negotiated peace. Again though I emphasize that this is not in contradiction of any of the points you made.

Porphy's Attorney

if we are going to measure by actual outcome should do a video on how awesome Stalin was (strategically) in securing Soviet interests Lol

Thanks Coach. I've got a Webinar suggestion/request: how would you fix the American economy? It seems all the measures to protract American decline trashed its institutions. Thus fixing the culture and economy have to be done in tandem. I know your thoughts: GTFO of the West. But if you were CEO of the United States, how would you fix it? And what kind of new economic paradigm would you suggest?

I'd give this an A. I always thought the mainstream narrative about WW2 never really added up and didn't make complete sense in the way it was taught in school. I will read the book about Churchill for sure.

For someone who “stood up” for his people, the Austrian Painter sure got a lot of Germans killed with his Socialist reforms and vampiric war economy.

The Nazis were at the forefront of racial science. They even setup a rape cartel to procreate the Arians. The Russians raped German women in retaliation to the Germans having raped tens of thousands of their women. Other than that, great video. I very much agree with you on Churchill. .

I would like to hear this too... I read them all before the author died. I didn't bother with the son's continuation.

This was such a fantastic treatment of Churchill's life. I have watched the Netflix series, "The Crown" and the question of what really led to the downfall of British influence on the world stage has been on my mind ever since. It is a cautionary tale of the tolerance of the ruling class to incompetence when your nation is perceived to be on the top; and also how quickly a nation's credibility can be dissolved.

I would love to hear your thoughts on Dune. Books and the new movie

That was certainly an eye-opener. I'm from the UK and believed for a great many years that Churchill was a hero of the country. That he ensured our freedoms from the Nazi War Machine. I even studied this subject at school. All I can remember was the focus on Nazi Germany and their invasion of Poland. A little bit about the Russians and Communism. I sit here now feeling rather empty and shameful. Mainly because I wonder if everything I was taught was rubbish. People always told me to be proud of the British nation that I am a part of. That we achieved great things. I knew that not to be true because no country has ever had a squeaky clean history in anything they have done. There are good parts and there are bad parts. I'll certainly look at that novel you mentioned at the end. Something to read and understand a bit more.

Hello Coach Red Pill. This webinar is very eye opening for me. Honestly, I would never have believed a word of this webinar if I had not watch Hellstorm. Could you tell me how you came to know of all these revelations about Churchill? What were your resources? I want to read them as well.

Interesting topic I love history especially about people in power their life story. How they became who they were and such. Mostly because every story is vastly different. Well maybe kings not so much since they mostly inherited but their life was interesting on its own.

A- , I have the book. Will do a 2nd reading of it now. I was taught churchill was a great person. Personally, this is troubling to confront my own mis-information. What else am I missing of historical concepts? Strange to think of FDR as anything but a kindly old grand fatherly person.

Great presentation CRP. At the end you made the point how many young men were sacrificed for Churchills ego. Please do a video warning young men of the west their leaders(puppets) are going to attempt to do the same to them. It is coming. If you are a male living in the west(any country)- fuck your so called leaders. Fight the evil in your homeland, not chasing some made up bogeyman.
