I thought it was high time we had ourselves another fun poll and so here we are. This time we'll be broaching the mental/brain aspects of full on feral animal changes. So far as I tend to understand it that would run the gamut from no loss of humanity to full blown feral. And in between many shades of varying gray. For the poll I'm going to narrow that gray down to these three:
- Human with some animal instinct.
- Human and feral mix (50/50 split-ish)
- Feral with little humanity
And then for some extra flavor we have a final option:
-Feral with full human trapped inside
I'll also add voting for multiple options since I know for some, myself included, having just one isn't enough. And to my personal preferences I suppose I like the 'human with some animal instinct' since that blend always makes for an interesting character experience. Course I also have a fondness for the 'with a little humanity' option and 'full feral' when the mood strikes a girl. ^^

I like it if they're still human on the inside, because the whole thing with being a bit awkward with their new anatomy and maybe having to learn a few things, like how to walk or run in their new form, is helluva sexy to me.

2023-08-09 14:06:48 +0000 UTCTo add onto my vote: I most enjoy when the person is still fully mentally intact within a feral form. Adding on some instincts to help them move around is also fun - as long as the transformee has that much more to contend with. They're not only in a foreign body, but it seems to FIT them to at least some degree, making it that much more surreal an experience. Full feral has its place, but there's not as much impact in terms of empathizing with the transformee, since the person is gone.
