I find it weird to just approach women in public especially when I don't know their age or relationship status. It's hard outside of dating apps which is another beast in its own but I at least know the girls are my age and into me. So what do you recommend to put myself out there more.

Recently I started having feelings for one of these friends and have it on decent authority that its mutual, but due to how my last relationship ended, their connection to the breakup, and the fact that dating them would require me to come out to people around me, I don't know what to do.

I love him so much, but my adhd and object permanence issues makes it really hard for me to keep my attention on him and really grow the relationship the way I want to when he’s so far away. We’re both struggling with money and it’s not a guarantee we’ll meet in person any time soon, but even so, I wanna have hope that we’re going to be something that is in person one day because I really do love him. I just can’t do this over the phone forever. Do I stick it out regardless of whether we’re able to meet physically any time in the near future or not?

However, I get on really well with his (fraternal) twin brother. Is it a terrible idea to start a friendship with the twin while harbouring a secret love for his sibling..? My problem is that I enjoy being alone and the people I’ve met or dated haven’t made me feel like I like being with them more than being alone. I don’t really want to be single forever but I won’t settle. Any advice? I also struggle to meet people, dating apps in my town aren’t enjoyable to be on so I’ve deleted those but when I meet people in person I always default to friend and don’t peruse any romantic interest with them

I matched with a guy who also liked Hivemind and we chatted about it a bit, and I was really into him. He was gonna come to my house, so I cleaned my house extra and let my roommates know. He said he was on his way, but he never showed up and never texted me back. I am in a happy relationship now, but he still views my snapchat stories and I just think “haha you suck”.
