I know this is a bit late, so I understand if you don’t answer, but I would like to clarify what you mean “succeed” for the 3rd Crusade? Just retaking Jerusalem or also taking Egypt like Richard planned? Or is the latter too much like Altremer. Thank you for your great work.

2025-01-15 04:07:55 +0000 UTCThe POD I have in mind is Conrad staying in Byzantium, which means the fall of Acre and as a result the end of the Kingdom of Jerusalem. As for the follow up, I need to do a bit more reading to answer that.
