All of our Tier 2 supporters that stay subscribed for three months in a row or longer, will get two massive loyalty reward models as a bonus. We release new loyalty rewards every few months, so make sure to stick around to not miss any of them!
Here's what you'll get:
Dwarf Guilds - Land Train
Human Empire - Water Titan
The rewards you get depend on when you subscribed:
December or later: Rewards above, delivered after subscribing 3 months in a row.
November: Rewards above, plus previous rewards, delivered end of January.
October: Rewards above, plus previous rewards, delivered end of December.
September or earlier: Rewards above, delivered end of December.
Note: The loyalty rewards are sent out via MMF on the last day of each month. Within 48hrs you'll receive a link via e-mail to redeem your minis on MMF. Please make sure to wait 48hrs and then check your spam folder before contacting us about missing files.

I got the e-mail and clicked on the link, but nothing was added to my library (which is weird, because I never have trouble with the monthly releases).

I've been through this with another creator and they had to use a different email because I sign into MMF with my Google account. Is there someone I can DM my Google account email to try?
