HOW WE DELIVER OUR MODELS
All of our models are delivered via MyMiniFactory, where they will be saved in your library forever, even if you unsubscribe. Simply create an account on MMF with the same e-mail you signed up with on Patreon to get your minis.
Within 48hrs you'll receive a link via e-mail to redeem your minis on MMF. Please make sure to wait 48hrs and then check your spam folder before contacting us about missing files.

- Step 3. Log in to MMF and download your minis
Note: Check under "My Library > Objects shared with me" to find the models.

2023-06-08 10:38:16 +0000 UTCI have been trying to contact them since receipt of my last $500 order (made in November 2022, received mid Jan 2023). The order was delivered in a completely unsuitable state, viz. several broken and misprinted miniatures, from your Saurian miniatures line. I now want to order more, but that won't be happening! I know this is not something that, maybe, should not to come to a public discussion, but it is a warning to any international customers regarding their poor/non-existent customer support. Packaging is a big issue, which I suspect is their biggest problem. Are any others out there having issues with Only-Games Customer Support?

It is also listed in my "membership" tab, but not under this post. I received a link to redeem 40. OPR June 2023 Rewards, but id didn't contain the blessed sisters models. Will they be delivered separately?

2023-06-04 14:39:35 +0000 UTCIn a previous post they informed that they overhauled ah to be more adequate according to the new standard. Some minis have been overhauled with more detail, some have added options and some are recreated entirely. Check the previous posts for more detail on the myminifactiory handling. Hope this helps
