Comments

No maces on the infantry, but there are versions without hands that you could customize fairly easily.

onepagerules

Thanks for letting us know! We're working on fixing this soon.

onepagerules

It has been released!

onepagerules

There were some mix ups with the first release. These have all been corrected - please re-download the models again and you should get the up to date files.

The matching supported LYS and STL for "H_Knights_4_Closed_Helmet_Lance_Combined.stl" are missing.

The Dour Kin

Is there any chance of getting supported and/or separated versions of the command group (Banner, Musician, and Sergeant)?

patrick hudson

The Human Empire Infantry set seems to be missing pre-supported command group and boar. It looks like they are supplied unsupported in the STL folder. Additionally, the Fanatics download has Knights 4, 5, and 6 in the Supported>Combined file folder just FYI..

Brett

Is there any news on the Alien Hive Devourer?

Andrew Kendall

Yeah, I have been trying to stick with the OPR stuff as I do like most of their models. There are a few other crafters that make some amazing alien models, but we will see what the OPR rehash looks like.

Sytar

Please send us a private message here on Patreon and we will be happy to help.

onepagerules

Hello! Long term patron here, for some reason I still haven't received an invite for this month's models

Daniel Jay

With these Empire individuals, are there any with maces? I'm somewhat reminded of the Knights of the Cleansing Flame, an old Regiments of Reknown, and their champion had a huge mace and shield. Good stuff.

Joe Kushner

lucky for you gw has tyranids already and many duplicates can be found elsewhere easily πŸ‘

sully

cheers mate.

Rob

They will be added to the MMF Package, so if you've already redeemed the package it will appear in your library automatically when we release them. We don't have an ETA on when the models will be available, but it will be soon.

onepagerules

onepagerules

I loved playing Tyranids, and when Alien hives came out I loved getting some additional models, that was when I started my support. The one thing that I hope to see is more Alien type creatures, not just Human shapes with two arms, and two legs. I like the weapons being more part of them, than carrying guns.

Sytar

Anyone else had issues with the (pre-supported) Knights file? In this case, the musician, standard bearer, and champion? Everything else has printed in tip-top shape save for these files.

Rob

Hi. To everone complaining about thickness of empire model, An hour ago I broke half of Halberd of my demon just by picking him. So yeah if it will make models more durable, Hurray for bit of girth. GO Chunky boyz!! :D

Jan VostΕ™el

Hi! How will the missing files be delivered? Will they be delivered via a link on Patreon or will the be directly shared via MyMiniFactory? Also, do you know when they will be delivered? Cheers guys and keep up the great work!

Rob

We're looking into this.

onepagerules

Thanks, I totally missed that (multiple times).

Lucas Upright

first line of the post

sully

Looks like the Beast Riders aren't labeled correctly in the 2D Demons of War set. Fantastic work by the way, the paper minis are all great but I've been really loving the Demons in particular.

Wolfkitten

Was there a delay in the release of this months Legendary?

Lucas Upright

Correct.

onepagerules

We are working on correcting this now.

onepagerules

A beautiful collection of characterful models this month, thank you.

Scrimlore

Alien Titan is amazing! Still rooting for a two legged carnivo rex 🀟

Mo Schlz

Thanks, found them! The 2D minis are also delivered via Wargame Vault at the end of the month, right?

boxy

You'll find them in the T1 Rewards post: https://www.patreon.com/posts/60631647

onepagerules

Hi! Where do I get the new missions and the beta rules? I can't find them...

boxy

You could try printing the head separately from the body and shrink only the head.

Explorer

Fanatics got supported Knights in their folder. Also Knight 4 is missing its supported bits in the Knight folder.

Zachary Petriw

Keep scrolling on the images above. It is the set right before the Nomad ships.

onepagerules

A bit of a mix-up. We'll have these fixed soon!

onepagerules

Yes, the vinci militia is about 5% smaller than the empire infantry. :)

onepagerules

I guess I'll have to pull them into the slicer and see them next to each other. Similar optical illusion happening between Empire unit and the Vinci Militia I linked above? .

Jeremy Bernhardt

This is definitely an optical illusion, the empire horses and riders are actually bigger than the ones from our old vinci and mummy models. If you want to keep those same proportions, you may have to shrink the empire models by 5%-10% depending on how you like them. :)

onepagerules

Same goes for the horses looking shorter than the automata horses from Vinci or the skeletal horses from OU.

Jeremy Bernhardt

Here's hoping the rest of the army looks better. Vinci is amazing, but Empire is looking too heroic to see many on my printers so far, but this is the first month.

Jeremy Bernhardt

Just to clarify: the empire models use the same base anatomy as the sisters, but have slightly bigger heads (for easier painting). So they are not in fact short and squat, it's just that the different proportion of the heads makes them a slightly more heroic scale than the sisters. :)

onepagerules

Where do I find the Jackal terrain? I haven't seen any images as of yet. Perhaps I'm not looking in the right location., even though it's listed above.

Robert A. Nolan

Is there a reason so few of the human models have supported versions? Are they coming later, or are we just getting a selection of them pre-supported?

Andrew Wayne Garrett

Love the inclusion of the female models!

Heinze

The Empire models look as awesome as I expected! But I am surprised by how much I like the Jackal terrain, that’s love at first sight!

Explorer

If you like sci-fi humans without weapons, Papsikels, Cyber-Forge, and Unit9 mix in unarmed sculpts, civilians, etc. Might be worth a browse.

Jeremy Bernhardt

You cannot look at https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-vinci-militia-175126 and at https://c10.patreonusercontent.com/4/patreon-media/p/post/82503137/d5ffdef3780f4f9e8182ae246f32ab09/eyJxIjoxMDAsIndlYnAiOjB9/1.png?token-time=1684454400&token-hash=7Png4QMpITgtC_4QzT21O6YV1qloYqvXM6irlzBbx-8%3D and say the only difference is the design of the cuirass. The arms are fatter and the thighs are shorter in the latter. It's not by much, but it's a difference.

Jeremy Bernhardt

I've well aware of what heroic scale is. These guys are shorter and wider than comparable OPR sculpts. Heroic gives us larger heads and hands and exaggerated weapons. The ossified Undead are skeletons in heroic scale. The Duchies of Vinci are humans in heroic scale. These Empire renders are shorter and fatter than both when you look at them. Sisters are chonky, but not short and squat. I know the jackals are a thinner race overall, but the same hand, head, and weapon exaggeration should carry across. These are just noticeably a different set of proportions to similar releases.

Jeremy Bernhardt

This is awesome. I really appreciate the female human options. Also, i don’t know if it’s intentional but as someone who does primarily fantasy, the few sci-fi models without guns is nice to add to my arsenal.

Nicholas McCurdy

Those proportions are called heroic scale, used to make them look better when viewed from above in a big group even if they look wonky up close.

Thannak

Ah, the Empire minis are so good!

Thannak

The Empire sculpts look like they have the odd GW syndrome where they appear far shorter than their width and girth seem to make sense for. Like they were sculpted, then shrunk in the Z axis only. The overall design for them works well, and they definitely look like they belong to the same world as the Duchies of Vinci. Looking forward to more of this army! The exo-suits and walkers are gorgeous. Are the domes interchangeable between the two support/assault walkers? That big, stylized skull on the front of the second walker might look nice on the first with the skull on the waist/tabard.
