Non-Live Stream Dec 9, 2020

New here? Wondering where to start? Click here

Hi Everyone,

I pre-recorded a few things so I could quarantine away from my studio for the holidays. However, if you have questions about anything, post on the community forum post for this lesson and I'll answer as best I can in the forum, maybe even with video.

In this pre-recorded live stream (aka. a normal video lesson) I cover some fun ways to think about writing chord progressions using 7 and 9 chords and different ways to think about how to play them around the fingerboard. The jam track I was using is attached below.

Check out the Lesson Archive for more Live Stream lessons.

The root note of the relative minor chord is always WH behind the major chord root note

In ever major Chord, how can you find the minor Chord,of it.

Thanks for this lesson Scott. I have found it one of the most challenging to assimilate as a guitarist. I am comfortable with 7 chords but always feel like I need to look up 9's and 11's.
