We only give a 48 hours timeline on miniatures because it's a manual process, while the army builder should get your info automatically much sooner and should allow a more instant speed access.

It could just be an error with MMF systems as they tend to get slammed pretty hard at the beginning of a sale. If it isn't working give it a shot at a later time and just make sure there's no hidden spaces in it.

There's a Download button in the top right corner of the page, whether you have a Box account or not (I do not.). If you press it on a page, it'll Zip and download everything on that page. Click the link above and hit the button on that page. You'll get both models in all of their forms, as well as any supplemental information/documentation that comes with them. On the other hand it, for example you only want the Dark warden, click on the dark Warden folder on the left of the page. Click the Download button on THAT page. If you only want the Supported version... you get it. : ) I hope this helps.

I think "Store Discounts" normally exclude Tribes and Campaigns on MMF. That's why there's a special 10% coupon they give just for the campaign (a lot of times you don't even get that much).

You don't need to login or anything. At the top of the screen just click download. It will open a modal asking for signup or login (if you want) but there's a timer to do so. Just wait a sec and the download will start without doing either.

I'm having issues downloading the Rescale Miniatures models from Box.com. When I use the GMail business account used for my Patreon subs, Box.com forces me to create a business account which is $60/month. When I try to us my GMail personal account, I get to the Box.com page for the 'Rescale Miniatures (May 24).zip', but when I click the download button I receive an invalid download (looks like Box.Com is just sending the word 'download' to my browser which is not pointing to an actual downloadable file). Not sure if there is something additional I need to do, or if there is an alternate source for the models. Thank you.

I have been very sad, with the Box site you are using for the cross promos nothing will download. No options come up to try and download anything and clicking on individual files does absolutely nothing. I can't remember what system you used beforehand but at least with it I was able to get the promos. Would highly recommend a different "temp download" location

Problem: names of models have shifted over editions between the army lists and the MMF model names E.G. Robot Legions on MMF have Great Seer, Overseers, Great Seer, Technomancer, Warden, and Wraiths models which have no clear Army list correlation (to someone who has never played Warhammer). Could you rename the MMF files? Release a translation table every month? Something? (came up b/c I went to buy MMF OPR RL models and couldn't figure out what matched the army I built in 3.1.0)

It'd be a great help for the time difference to be noted or for a grace period going two days into a new month be applied - one might reasonably expect that the advertised inclusions on a patreon are available when they sign up successfully even if it is at the end of a monthly period. It's hard to control when you find out about things.

they kind of already do? saurians is saurians in thr name, saurian starhost is starhost in the name. thats the only factions like that, at the moment. but every page has a distinct faction identifier in the item's title. Ctrl+F or "Find in Page" for mobile broswer highlights these easily

New subscriber, love the content, but if there was one thing I really wish was different would be the ability to sort by faction on the MMF store. Having everything jumbled together, especially with similarly named factions in both fantasy and future (Ratmen, Saurians, etc.), is really frustrating as a new player. Other times the model is a specialised version of the main model and isn't obvious where to find the stats. :(

Hey JourneymanWizard. I've found that the people who reply on the Patreon are pretty cold and cryptic. The best community for OPR games is their Discord (for both subscribers and non-subscribers). There is also a pretty good community on Reddit as well as a small message board on their website.

I make use of a download manager which integrates with Chrome. Check out FDM (Free Download Manager). Let's me just quickly click through all the monthly goodies and add to my download queue. FDM manages downloading everything nicely and is a lot faster than downloading through Chrome alone

The system is automated, and will send e-mail to the address that is registered on Patreon. I heard that if you redeem the models whilst logged in with a different account, they will be linked to the currently logged in account, but I'm not sure.

Depends on the armies, but overall GF armies have the advantage mostly cause of ranged attacks being more common-place and consistent (you CAN have fair battles across the two systems but it's about preference in the end and about your playgroup) In the end it's a big topic and there's much to be said for either side

I tried going to MMF and going into shared files but there's nothing there. I had a MMF account before joining your Patreon, I logged out and logged back in again but no shared files. Any suggestions? My MMF account and Patreon share the same email too.

You can give him the prints (but not sell for a profit), but not the files. This is pretty standard practice for the 3d printing industry.

You will get the current loyalty rewards after 3 months of being subscribed, and you will get any new loyalty rewards as they're released if you stay subscribed.

Sorry I'm new here first time subscriber. I see in the road map that a loyalty reward will be in March. It says after 3 months of being subscribed you are eligible. So does that mean I will get the loyalty if it's in March or will I have to wait for the next one?

The files are found under "My Library > Objects shared with me", and whilst they show a price tag, you should be able to download them without issues. If for some reason it still asks you to pay, then please contact MMF Support directly in order to resolve this issue.

There is no set release time, however the project is in GMT, so you can expect it to be within GMT working times usually. That being said, the January models have just been released. :)

Is it possible to get all of the paper Minis on MMF? Like ArchvillainGames, they got an extra Optoin for the Adventure Books. Would be nice and you could do that without much effort and could make some money with that! Looking forward to it!
