Sellswords - New Update
Work on Sellswords continues, this version is aimed at fixing some of the issues brought up by our playtesting groups. With this version I was mostly aiming at making the overall game structure a bit clearer, and also clearly stating that the game can be played with enemies controlled by another player.
Another thing that I wanted to address, is the fact that combat felt a bit boring when always just rolling a single die to attack. All attack and toughness values have been tweaked, so that more dice are rolled, which makes the game more fun.
Here's the most important changes:
- Gameplay has been divided into 4 phases
- Heroes and enemies alternate activations (no rolling needed)
- Can't suffer fatigue to rest
- Stunned models double wounds taken (instead of insta-kill)
- Enemies now spawn more easily
- Tweaked all attack and toughness values
- Raised all movement distances from to 4" (was 3" before)
- AI enemies activate based on target point distance (no group activations)
- Separated status conditions into their own section
- Clarified some common mission questions and tweaked difficulty.

2021-09-30 01:08:37 +0000 UTCOKAY THAT RA BUBBLE HEAD MYSTERIO GUY IS ALMOST AS COOL AS THE BUGS WHICH IS LIKE TOO COOL. I AM SO ON THE HYPE TRAIN. Also your Necrodroid flyer looks like a grimdark AAT from Starwars but you can see the droid inside and now I need to find the old cross-section book from when I was like 6 just to compare and also to think about how cool battledroids could have been if they'd have leaned even more necron-ic. XD
