Full Rulebooks - Kitchen Table Games

Over the past few months we've seen more and more people asking for tips on how to play our games on smaller surfaces, so we thought we'd help those players out by adding the Kitchen Table Games rules from our skirmish games to our large scale games.

The rules are the same as for skirmish, and you can download them here. 

Duchies of Vinci - Beta Rules

We have uploaded the first draft of the Duchies of Vinci rules, which should give you a better idea of how the army plays and what models you can expect in the future. Note that we're currently still pending on Brandon to finish up the illustration for the book, and then we'll also be adding a short background story for flavor.

Arena S03 - Game Updates

We've updated the beta pack for Arena S03, which you can download here.

This new version changes how power actions work. Instead of being actions that you take to upgrade later attack actions, they are now their own separate attack actions. This was changed in order to clean up the rules, as well as boost their effectiveness.

On top of that we've also made a lot of smaller changes to clarify the rules, such as re-naming "special effects" to "critical effects" to avoid confusion with "special rules", as well as changing the wording on some other sections to make them clearer.

2D Print - WargameVault Delivery

Since we implemented MMF delivery for our 3D models, we've had lots of patrons ask us if we can do something similar with the 2D models, so that they don't have to worry about missing out on downloads before the end of the month.

Well, after looking into it, we might have found a solution via WargameVault, and this month we'll be providing our models for download on Patreon, as well as send you an e-mail to redeem them on WargameVault on the last day of the month.

This is still just a test, but if it works well, then we'll implement this method for all of our future 2D model deliveries. We're currently contemplating if it would also make sense to include the rulebooks even though they're permanently on Patreon anyways, so if you have any feedback please let us know!

3D Print - New Previews, Painting Video

At the top of this post you can see some previews of next month's models, featuring the Vinci Inventor, the Vinci Carro Armato as well as an Alien Guardian with a Heavy Shock Gun. Please note that these are very early WIPs just to test out different things, and are going to be changed as we complete them.

Today we've also released the bases and game aids for both the Duchies of Vinci and the Alien Hives, so make sure to check your MMF account to download them!
