Bonus video - Movies I've watched lately + Updates

As promised, here's an off-the-cuff review of all the (notable) things I've watched in the last few months, plus some channel/video updates.

Sorry for some weird mic bumps in the first several minutes! Hopefully it doesn't make it too hard to listen to. I swear I wasn't just hitting my mic directly, it must have been my table moving around or something. It gets better later in the vid.

While I've never seen Eddie & The Cruisers I feel compelled to mention that it has a sequel - Eddie & The Cruisers II: Eddie Lives! I only know about this because one of the movies that I used to watch repeatedly on VHS had a trailer for it and I saw it so often I ended up feeling a bit affectionate towards it even though I'd never even heard of the original film.

also would recommend you watch Connie and Carla if you haven't seen it already. firstly, toni colette is in it and secondly, burlesque is essentially c&c mashed up with cabaret 😭

jonathan groff of gay guy fame 😭 tbh as an old who has been following him since spring awakening and his continued friendship with lea michele i am lowkey not surprised he did that eastwood film. i celebrate his success (loved him in Merrily!) but also side eye him a bit lmfao

Burlesque is literally my favorite bad movie ever, I’ve probably seen it upwards of 20 times. I’ve made all my friends watch it and we yell at the tv like rocky horror. Air rights !!

Honestly, a video about Bring It On: The Musical with a tangent about the actual Bring It On movies halfway through would be kind of great.

Steven Clark

oooo that one does look right up my alley

Killing the Competition is a much better Melissa Joan Hart Lifetime movie.
