So what kind of pregnancy kink focused content would you like to see in the game?

Romantic intimate scene with mother of child is very nice. Go on date, spend time on couch, feel kicking, etc. then sex scene with pregnant girl is hot, especially if being pregnant makes her really horny.

Doing so could lead to an encounter where LD is ambushed with the stranger forcing a rag over LD's face to put the pc under. This could lead to a skill check that has dire consequences if failed. Eventually, LD would be partially conscious and blindfolded, allowing two more chances to fight off their attacker, as they're doing LD. Failing has them redose LD, allowing the stranger to impregnate the pc.

However, the longer you wait between each milkings until the effects wear off the faster your health gage drops or something like that. How about a pill that permanently changes your breast milk, from ordinary to chocolate, strawberry, or banana milk flavored. How about being able to name your babies and ask the nursery lady how many babies you have had with each person, and were you the preggers, or the mate was preggers, how many, male, females, and herms babies you have so far. Basically, keeping track how many kids, you have so far. How about a modeling while preggers for a magazine, which is a random event that is triggered when stripping on the pole as you normally do, but only while pregnant. How about shirts, dresses, and night gowns designed for preggers. Like a shirt that says, "baby on board." Basically, maternity outfits.

Perhaps Camilla and Mistyra could be "boss encounters" for the event. I'm not sure what the reward/consequence would be, however.... To further elaborate, the NPCs could be the ones to get "infected" and the only thing that can save them is impregnation, like a silver bullet for sex-craved zombies. It is Halloween season after all.

Balls pregnancy would be hot too, not anatomically possible in reality but this game has plenty of unrealistic things. Also, some interaction when you have two pregnancies (normal & tentacle, normal & slime, tentacle & slime, cumflated & slime, etc) would be nice, maybe an even bigger belly. Also egg laying yes yes yes yes. It would also be hot if you could be “overstuffed” when tentacle or slime pregnant if it happens multiple times in a row. Maybe for the slime one, Lust Doll’s body starts turning into slime, and for the tentacles they start taking over their body. Also transfering a tentacle or slime pregnancy over to someone else would be hot as fuck.

Maybe a teacher, male or female, who wants to get things "old school" with hypnotizing women into wanting to be pregnant for their husbands? Maybe even running a "matchmaking" service for said women to help them find husbands? Also could be a good MTF scene for any unlucky guys who happen to get caught in the teacher's class.

Maybe have some sort of brood mother type event, possibly with a risk of a bad end if you don’t get away quickly enough after getting impregnated by lots of monsters.

Other than that... I'd love to see a scene where 2 female lovers use some kind of special scifi/magical tool to breed each other til fully pregnant... tribbing and dominant mating press styles

Maybe add up newborn as some new character or as suggested above characters should at least mention this fact somehow. This may also apply to a monster pregnancy. So the female player for example will get trapped as seedbed and eventually make a new set of monsters so the initial location changes somehow. Make sense to do so with female NPC as well.

I will second some of the above things with slime pregnancy. 3. Female with female pregnancy somehow e.g. Cassie can get Fawn pregnant. Or Rinny can get the player pregnant even if both female.(I haven’t worked out the details yet but this is a brainstorming session to be fair) 4. Orgasms during the birthing process to extend the birthing sequence a bit.

In addition, if you have all 3 types of slime pregnancies and you finish with the living clothes for 3-5 days, you should get the trait: monster birthing machine. With this quality, I thought to myself that I would give birth to mucus with every orgasm and night. I thought the same thing about the meat parasite. this property can then be removed in the hospital.
