2020-03-05 13:50:11 +0000 UTCOnce you talk to the guy in the slums, sleep, then go back and he won't be there. You can find him again in the slums, and get some of your money back. Then go back to the homeless area again and it'll do it proper this time. Sleep once more, then go back to Arlene.

I feel like im missing something but im to blind to see what,ill probably wait till a guide comes out cause I dont feel like re doing everything again, cause the list of stuff you have to do to get arlene to talk to you just feels like a bit of a chore

2020-02-20 22:40:22 +0000 UTCthere is though certain requirements are needed, having met Arlene (police station) and Fawn (Condo) and know about their little secrets are required (Fawn being a domme and Arlene being VERY keen on dispensing justice) you also need to be somewhat suspicious of people when trying to follow part of Arlene's plan. that aside you also need to pass some checks with VERY tough requirements, I had to try about 15 times before I succeeded.
