For your scenario, it would likely have to be something like a casual fight, or one where stakes are agreed on before hand (like, 'if I win, you'll do this to me', that sort of thing.) Which is certainly doable, of course. There'll also be a lot of non-combat-related content where you bottom. Original Lust Doll actually has way more bottom/subbe content than top/domme, and a lot of it will definitely make it into LD+.
