Small Delay on release of version 1.4

If you've been on Discord, you may know by now that last week I had to remove all 4 of my Wisdom Teeth and that left me debilitated for the rest of the week. I'm feeling much better now, but unfortunately I'm quite behind on where I wanted to be in development. This means that I won't be able to release 1.4 this Sunday.
Instead, I will try to release it during the week. I'm about 60% finished, I will try to finish as much as possible tomorrow.
