After cyborg Luna, Herr Wurst wanted to see Rah'Jan as a cyborg too. And because I wanted to make a picture like that for a while, this suggestion was a no brainer :D
And as you can see, he doesn't have a heart. His veins are full of boiling, winding chaos B)
