Perfect Nail - Hollow Knight Fanart
Added 2019-02-22 16:51:53 +0000 UTCOriginally I made this picture to celebrate the announcement of the new Hollow Knight game, Silksong. I haven't made too many pictures with Hornet, even though she's a main character, and I love her.
I wanted to give her a more "mature" or "grown up" design, even though I know they are not children or anything, but I thought she would look pretty cool this way :) I thought a warrior-like look would fit to her, with a cape, a tribal-like necklace, and an armor-like chitin body. Oh, and I gave her an abdomen, because I just love drawing bugs with them :D

And if it's chitin armor, I can't stop. Our princess is more than ready to battle! And I'm glad you like the idea of the cape :D I had extreme fun to use just a few colors, but highlight one. I feel it's really stylish. I can't wait for the the game too!!!

She looks very impressive and contrasted against the background of her bright cloak with so many tiny detais of accesories, folds and scales. And the last one look like an armour which make Hornet more soldierly. Can't wait for the game, and can't wait for more fanarts for this game from you! You're so well done!
