Uses Bibo+ Petit v2 (extra small chest, large legs).

Dyeable with cmt/ana, feel free to move it to different items to make it dyeable in game.
NOTES:
- Skirt is mostly static since it has a cage underneath. Move it around with the waist bone. Best used as a screenshot piece, does clip during running animation.
- Shoes are made into medium boots, fitted to Bibo+ shin/knee seam. Should work just fine with Bibo+/Petit and other bodies that have similar seam, as long as legs attributes are set up correctly.
- Dress hides the legs with metadata.
