it's 'Phantom of the Black Rose Revue'! It's a video game that Ash and Yamino are making, with help from some other people! It's a visual novel based on 'The Phantom of the Opera', and designed in the style of classic manga from the 1970s. Also very queer - naturally! - and also based on some wacky comics that Yamino made a few years ago. :P There are plans to make another, even more detailed visual novel in the future, called 'Heartsong', but I think they're making this first, partially as practice.
