My first introduction to it was seeing The Naked Gun, and then after that, our video store had a couple of episode of Police Squad, and I instantly loved it. It would have been great to have more, but at least we got the movie trilogy out of it. The Critic is my number one example of shows that should have gone on way longer, and I still wish it would come back somehow. It sucks that it really was doing well on FOX, but the President of the network simply didn't like it.

2022-07-27 20:33:24 +0000 UTCLast one from me Brad and then I shall retire for the night. Police Squad! (IN COLOR) is perhaps my favourite US comedy show of all time-or at least in my top 3. Of course it only ran for a piddling 6 episodes and obviously left the vast majority of viewers wishing for more! Most shows go on far beyond their sell by date but which ones left you wanting more? Not sure if you'd have seen Flight Of The Conchords, but this is a prime example IMO...
