January-February theme poll!

I've convinced myself that I'll not "manage the democracy" this time, so the poll will be held as usual. However devil is in the details.
We can call it "the poll of addons" with basically just one completely new theme, but maybe it is not necessarily a bad thing (i mean, if they won the poll once already, it means you guys voted for them?).
As always you can check the existing themes in the spreadsheet below to propose new ideas, which will appear in the future polls. Also - if i did not add something you already proposed, please do it again as i tend to forget doing that.

All my polls are held in a following manner: Initial poll will have several subjects and if none of them will reach 50%+1vote, I will make second round with only two most popular choices.
1. Female operators (previous second place)
Well... operators but female. Plate carriers, assault panels/chest rigs, military uniforms, mix of western weapons. They are stuck in "always if but never when" situation for quite a while, which is an interesting turn of events.
For Corporal will be a 4+4 minis
For Sergeant will add extra heads and some additional weapons
2. Russian Army, c. 1994, pt. 4-5 (continuation)
Continuation of December 23 - February 24 line. More poses, more heads, more depression.
For Corporal will be a 4+4 minis with mostly AK-74 variants
For Sergeant will add extra heads and some additional weapons
3. US Army in Iraq, c. 2007, pt. 3-4 (continuation)
Continuation of my packs from last year. This time i want to fill the gaps and make the packs more consistent with probably less exaggerated poses.
For Corporal will be a 4+4 minis (two fireteams with M4s, M4+M203 and M249)
For Sergeant will add extra heads and additional weapon options
4. Eastern Europe Deniables, pt. 3-4 aka "Deniables in mud" (continuation)
Expect several warmer jackets, puff vests, high boots to make the range more diverse, but also more "guarding/relaxed" poses for sentry positions and assaulter team with poses tailored to look good together.
For Corporal will be a 4+4 minis with classic range of weaponry
For Sergeant will add extra heads and some additional weapons
