[OPEN POST] GOTHIC SERPENT - Somalia 1993's campaign first PW

Hello everyone!

It is time to unveil the separate project I've been working on lately (for last months in my spare time).

I aim to create a large set based on 1993s Battle of Mogadishu.

Pre-marketing page on MMF should be open about September 16, with campaign itself starting October 2

It will include both US forces and Somalian fighters.

The target for base set is to have 8 Rangers and 8 Somalians, with stretch goals being D-boys, unarmed Somalians and whatnot, up to HMMWV and Somalian Technicals (designed by my friend Ash from Red Line Workshop) with crews made by me. Unfortunately there will probably be no downed Blackhawk itself.

US Rangers will have a mix of M16A2 (both plain and with red dot + flashlight), M16A2 with M203, Colt 727 (with red dot + flashlight) and, if possible, early M249

Somalians will enjoy a number of Kalashnikov designs and G3 (with RPG-7 being reserved for more trained militia in stretch goals)

Now probably the main question many would ask: are the models done already? Answer is - only partially, with stretch goals being exactly what they are.

It creates a certain amount of risk as i cannot show you the whole range, but also will create a huge opportunity, as you will be able to discuss, feedback and direct the process.

P.S. The models shown on the preview are subject to adjustments and updates. They are 85% done, but some things may be changed if i see them lacking (such as armored vests, which lack details for now).
