First info on Merchant tier

In the last several months i've received multiple requests for Merchant tier from those who want to print my models commercially.
After a long consideration, i want to present you my vision of the subject. Please take a note that i will still need to create a proper wording, it is just a simplified presentation.
Merchant tier will become available from the middle of November, because i want all persons interested to have some time for consideration.
Merchant tier - $30 per month
In addition to the following commercial printing benefits, Merchants also benefit from all Sergeant-tier rewards
Prerequisites:
In order for me to open a Merchant slot, you will need to contact me via Patreon messages and provide following information:
1. Store name
2. Store contact info (site, Etsy page, FB page etc.)
3. Location (country, in case of US state is also preferrable)
After that, I will confirm the application via reply and inform you on opening the slot in Merchant tier.
Rules:
1. As long, as you are staying in Merchant tier, you are allowed to sell 3D prints of my models including both models released via Patreon, via CGTrader and/or Gumroad pages
2. As long, as you are staying in Merchant tier, you are allowed to use my models’ images in your services’ advertisement
3. On CombatOctopus Facebook group, Patreon welcome page and in Release information posts, the list of Merchants will be displayed
4. You can NOT sell any other models than a 3D prints, including but not limited to casting;
5. You can NOT sell 3D files In any format, including but not limited to STL and OBJ;
6. You can NOT make any modifications to the files you print for sale, except the scaling (size change);
7. In description of your products printed from my models, you will have to credit CombatOctopus as a sculptor
8. Leaving Merchant tier revokes your rights to sell the 3D prints;
9. In case violation of the rules above is reported, I retain the right to investigate and forcibly revoke the license with pre-notification in two weeks in case if claim is truthful;
