That word is aioli (eye-o-ly), basically a flavored mayonnaise. The pub at my friends and I frequent has red pepper aioli on their steak sandwiches, and it's delicious.

I might give this a try if I ever go to Red Robin soon. Usually not a fan of jalapeno burgers cause my stomach can't handle it, although the Hardees one was really good when I had it.
