Midnight Screenings: "The Breakfast Club"

Comments

The only person from high school I've re-connected with or anything is my old friend Dan, who is now a comic artist. So, every time I've gone to C2E2 or Wizard World Chicago I get the chance to meet-up with him. I was really a lone outsider in high school. Totally not absorbed into any social group at all, but there were a few cool people along the way that thought I was all right. Of course, lots of lame people and no shortage of assholes who picked on skinny little me back then. Now, I'm 6'5" 260+ lbs. and into heavy metal. A lot changes. And apparently, an author and screenwriter I did a concept trailer for knows the family of Diablo Cody. That's the closest I've gotten to anything related to her. And I agree about seeing classics on the big screen - Alien, Back to the Future, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Ghostbusters are all films I've seen theatrically in the last few years. It enhances the experience of the film like never before. Too bad you're not getting the Classic Series anymore. Next month, they're doing Big Trouble in Little China on May 3rd & 6th and The Blues Brothers on May 17th & 20th. If you happen to be up in Chicago next month, check out Cinemark at Seven Bridges in Woodridge. They do all the Classic Series stuff, same as AMC did.

I was watching "Die Hard" recently, another movie with Paul Gleason (obviously), and I now want to see someone cut together a trailer crossing "Die Hard" with "The Breakfast Club."

Sorry about that guys. Didn't realize the password setting were case sensitive. Type it in without any caps.

Brad Jones

Hey, hey. It now works for me. Thanks!

Andrew Green

Type the password without capitals, it works.

Brad, if you get a chance see Child 44. Tom Hardy as a detective in soviet Russia. From what I hear, bleak as fuck and really good. Kind of like A walk among the Tombstones.

The password does not work.

This didn't seem to require the password, might want to double-check your settings.
