Yup - Quetz pretty much stole the show this episode! And keep in mind that she did that with only around half of her divinity. If you recall back in episode 14 when due to Merlin's actions (ie trolling), Quetz indirectly violated her contract of the 3 Goddesses Alliance and got her divinity reduced. So yeah Quetz is a beast of a Divine Spirit. Among the Mesoamerican mythological figures, Quetz sits at the top - demiurge class. So like how Zeus is the king of the Greek Gods, Quetz rules her mythology.
