So nice to see another reaction to this show, these first two episodes presents the characters and also how the rules of the sport works and I think you understand it quite well by now. Yeah the reason that Asuka won that first game is because Reiko stated that she only needed to score one point against her to win which she did. With normal rules she would definitely have lost that game, I guess Reiko wanted to give Asuka a small chance to win since she knew that she was a beginner. I love that you appreciate the opening, ending and music in the show which is something I always loved about this anime, I think the op and ed are really important in anime so seeing a reactor who appreciates them rather than just skipping them is nice to see. Looking forward to more :)
