This is ColdSilver's Patreon Reward from April and it concludes the story we have seen between his three characters - Silhouette, Seeker and Softheart.
It seems some time has passed and Softheart is heavily pregnant from Seeker, who managed to have formed a herd with two beautiful mares. They are now cuddling up together, feeling eachother tightly with a smile on their lips^^ I think this is a gorgeous idea and I enjoyed drawing it!
