Kiara and Kovu

I decided since I felt like drawing traditionally again, I should do more of these Lion King Couple images and went with my favourite one - Kiara and Kovu from "The Lion King - Simba's Pride". I just love Kovu's design and the overall theme of the 2nd movie, so I had lots of fun with this art piece!
I must say, especially Kiara's fur colour was hard for me to create since the perfect marker to match her colour dried out and I had to mix a LOT of different markers (from different brands) together to create somewhat the same shade of orange/yellow that she has in the movie. However, in my opinion it doesn't show and I'm happy about that XD I also like how Kovu turned out and the background is looking exactly as I hoped it would!
