Hey everyone^^
I really debated with me if I should upload this one or not since honestly I felt proud of it and yet had my doubts and ugh, didn't really know what to do. Nevertheless, it's a drawing with a big personal value for me and since I think I should share my progress with you, I decided to upload it anyways.
I'm not good with humans, I definitely am not and it proves again in this piece. However, despite looking a little too old here and there or too wrinkly perhaps, you can recognize the people that are shown here if you know them. These are some wonderful peope I met through my beloved SnoopyStallion, that I really don't want to lose, ever. They are such wonderful friends, so optimistic and positive, so cheerful and caring, they mean a lot to me, which is why I wanted to draw our group - including Snoopy and me.
I wanted to practice drawing faces with this, actually intended to make them look Disney-ish at first, not adding too many details, but since I focused on every single feature in their faces, I kinda got carried away and started to make them look more and more realistic (if possible lol). Those wrinkles might look too strong, but I intended to draw them thin and barely noticable, meh XD I did learn a lot about looking at things/details closely to make sure aperson keeps their important features so it was help and studying human anatomy in a ittle way, buuuuut it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. That makes me sad a little. Oh well, it's a step forward though, right?
I was a little frustrated when first reactions weren't as nice as I hoped they would be, so I first decided to never draw humans again, at least not like this, but I guess it's even more important to practice and repeatedly draw them, right? We will see how that goes.
Hope you like it anyway.
