this next Patreon Reward is for Balint Kollar, who asked me to draw something with Nyx and Twilight since Mother's day is coming up :D
As someone who is not quite that familliar with Nyx's story, I more or less improvised on what they could be doing in the picture and I thought that maybe Nyx could be a bit older by now, maybe being a teenager, with Twilight already being an Alicorn and pretty stressed out about all the things she has to take care of. Therefore, Nyx as Twilight's "daughter" now helps her adoptive mother to relax a little by brushing her mane and reading a book to her as she rests a little from the stressful routines as a princess.
I actually like the outcome of this even though I am not sure whether this is more or less true to the original story behind the filly or not xD In fact, I just thought of a mother-daughter-image in general and there we go. I really hope you like it^^

Yes, that's more or less what Balint already explained to me but I wasn't entirely sure about their relationship in general, how Nyx is acting etc. but I just went with a kind way here^^ Thank you so very much for your kind words^^ <3
