non-finalized concepts/designs

here's some old-ish drawings and concepts that i've been kicking around but haven't finalized or anything yet

the first one is a ram demon, because i'd like to have some more demons designed. i'm not sold on his visual design, though. if i end up doing something with him he'll probably look very different

there's a weird little patchwork doll guy because i've always liked things like that. characters like drywall from scud the disposable assassin, cursor from pastel defender heliotrope, this thing from this weird french game that i forget the name of 

it's not quite there yet, though. i want some sharp teeth, patches, asymmetrical eyes (at least one of which is a button), mismatched limbs (maybe black-and-white striped like some kind of tim burtony thing?)

i still need to do some more revisions of it though. not sure what its purpose is, either -- i'm not sure if i want it to be a character or just like some kind of generic mook to be shot at

the gasmask guys also aren't finalized other than the shape of their heads/gasmasks (that sorta bean/shoe shape) -- there's one in that big collage as well. i'm not sure what to call them either. maybe just mooks

the concept behind them is kind of silly. there's a few old fps maps (custom or otherwise) that have conveyor belts with gibs, like a gore processing facility (off the top of my head quake 2 and daikatana have areas like this)

and since kilovolt (the working title for my setting) is basically 90s shareware fps world, of course there's at least one gibs factory like that

so anyway, i'd like a generic enemy in a game to have blood and be able to be gibbed, but i don't like the idea of having to shoot sapient creatures (or worse, hot furries). zombies are so boring though

so those gasmask mooks come out of old fps gore factories. they're basically just walking sacks of whatever random meat was on the conveyor belt at the time. like you know how in old mortal kombat games they'll explode into like 4 rib cages, 2 spines and 8 femurs? haha

what makes them walk around and shoot stuff? magic or nanites or something?

no idea. i'll figure it out later, maybe
