My name is Arle, and I've been brought on to help Neo manage her commissions, communicate with patrons, and just basically handle the social/organization aspect of her business.
We're currently sitting and going through what she has in terms of WIPs, finished commissions, etc etc. I'll be keeping you all updated as we send out finished works, and then we'll be making a mass post on here.

As a way of catching up and for your guys' patience, we will be turning off payments for next month, and reducing all pledges to $1 for the future. While we intend to post more often, we don't want to make you guys pay $5 a month for minimum updates. We will make an announcement before the end of the month regarding this.

Welcome! $5 is perfectly fine, IMO. I don't think lowering to a $1 would help Neo's bills much due to the fees imposed by Patreon.
