Arthro Doodles

For the past 3 days Arthro has been trying to help me figure out what's wrong with it TT_TT He's been dealing with the hurricane and long hours at work, I'm surprised he still takes time out of his day to try and help me, I can't thank him enough <3
I donno if it was because of a recent windows update or a graphics driver update but I can't be on my comp for more than 10 min without it crashing/black screen. I feel like I've tried everything, rolling back updates, resetting my PC ...etc. My graphics card sounds like it's having a heart attack everytime I start it up, WEIRDEST PART: If I play a game like Overwatch it calms my graphics card down to normal, and I can play for a few hours (wanted to see how long it would take to crash) but when I close overwatch it starts to have a heart attack again and dies.... WTF? How the hell does that make any sense???
Anyways, working on my surface pro 2 for now, so here are some practice doodles while I try to get comfortable using this thing. It's been so long.
Worst f***ing timing I swear >_< so pissed.

If you haven't already solved it, that could definitely be a graphics driver issue. It may also be an issue with RAM, the motherboard, or the power supply that was exacerbated by a driver update. But honestly I'd just try uninstalling the graphics driver and installing the old version first?
