[TS4 CC] GORGEOUS GEORGIANS FAN STUFF PACK: PART 1!

IT'S DONE! Hello dears, I finally bring you Part 1 of the Gorgeous Georgians Stuff Pack!! :D

With over 70 packages and over 1000 swatches between them, you can finally customize that stately manor just the way you want!

This pack is inspired by the Georgian era sensibilities that were hallmarks of the Anglosphere from the late 18th century into the Regency Georgian period of the early 19th century; as well as colonial American simplicity and practicality.

Nearly everything is BGC! There are several CC items, recolors of inactive creators, and the meshes have been included in the zip file. The two items that require Cats & Dogs are marked appropriately.

You'll receive: 2 double beds, 1 canopy, 1 single bed, 1 fireplace, 1 wall panel set + wall set add-ons, 1 wallpaper/panel set, many carpet swatches, 45 rugs, single & double base game arch recolors, over 50+ furniture and decor pieces, including many portraits, and recolors of felixandre's Georgian double doors, mesh included.*

(The rest of us are following EA's TOU and not charging permanent paywalls for meshes we didn't create, and making $150k+ annually off those profits from the community... I will always advocate for respecting creators' TOUs, and my TOU is pretty lax itself. However, I can't abide by felix's actions. Although I have a Patreon myself, my content will ALWAYS end up free for EVERYONE. PERIOD. And if someone has to unsubscribe from me you can still receive the next upcoming set if you send me a PM.)

IMPORTANT:

You need the "Catherine" and "Brother/Sister" portraits together for them to work. One is a recolor of the other.
I struggled with the spec map on the canopy, so certain lighting makes it look a little off. Thank you to sims2maggie for separating it from its original bed though!! I think it's lovely and now you can pair it with any double bed!
Many items are "new" items that are BGC so you can give your Sims' houses a rustic feel!

NOTES:

I plan on doing a CAS part and a Build part, as well as Add-ons. However, I really would like a small break before I dive into those. I do plan to have at least one to two more sets by the end of January though!!
This set will be free for the public in two weeks!

You can absolutely convert to other games!! Especially TS3, just give credit!
