The Sub-commander rank was T'pols rank in the vulcan fleet. Commander is the rank she got when she switched to starfleet its a shame they didnt have her put on a regular uniform lol The khans make a apperance all throughout star trek its funny that you remember the situation with number one but forgot that La'an Noonien Singh is related to him by blood lol, The actor that plays him here is prevalant throughout all of sci-fi because he plays Data(the android in the next generation). The Eugenics wars is whats mentioned when phloxs said the genetic mutations caused 30 milion deaths.that war was a precursor to WW3 in this universe. The doctor wasnt directly responible for the war it wouldve been his parents before SNW the shows had the eugenics wars take place in the 90s but as that obviously didnt happen in our world they moved it up the time table in SNW to be closer to ww3 The women in the orion syndicate are actually the one calling the shots wildly enough, the males are subservant to them they use the slavery tactic to get at the rich people from other areas.
