Dev Update - 2025/01/10

It's Friday again so it's time for the next Dev Update.
I'm finally back to a (somewhat) normal schedule without national holidays and other stuff that keeps me from being productive.
It should stay like that for a while now, so I hope to get some solid progress on the new chapter within the next several weeks.
This week I got everything I wanted done.
That started with setting up the new internal test build by finishing the post-work on the remaining renders and putting together the last animations for the build. It took most of my time last weekend but it's done now and I got a few test runs in too.
After that, I moved on to the next scene(s), finished the work on one, and started work on the one after.
So after all, I'm pretty satisfied with the progress this week.
Next week will be more of the same: mostly static renders and dialogue.
After that, I can move on to the next bigger scene of the Chapter.
The progress this week in numbers:
121 new static renders for a total of 1437
0 new animations
397 new lines in the script file for a total of 4307
