Khan goes off stuff he has heard. He has been doing anime reactions for like a decade now and used to talk to people actively on social media. He would get recommendations on anime to watch and those are what stick to him(i.e fmab,jojo,gintama etc) If the anime is old and hasn't really been recommended to him he'd assume its not in the top rankings for anime. I don't agree with the logic but thats pretty much why he says 1 of the last or last greatest anime he hasn't seen.

While it's different from stuff like Paranoia Agent it's definitely a more cerebral experience akin to it, so when I saw how invested you were in Paranoia I knew that these types of animes you'd really enjoy
