If you listen closely, even though the Gear 5 version of the classic OST is playing. When it cuts to the giant robot, you can hear a separate drum beat, dum dum dum, in the background, and then it changes again when Kizaru is looking around, duuum duuum. I think these are the first real times that we hear what Luffy's heart actually sounds like. When it first happened in Wano, it kinda just sounded like part of the music, but now and especially in a later scene in Egghead (that I will not spoil), we need to eventually hear what Luffy's heart actually sounds like cause that is VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
