Furthermore after the war, the villains have won on absolutely every other aspect. First a lot of heroes have resigned/retired or simply died after the war. So now Japan even has to ask for heroes from other country to come help them, that's how dire the situation is. That's why most of the civilians are evacuated to hero schools, transformed into shelters. But some civilians prefer to use detnerat weapons to protect their loved ones, cause they don't trust the heroes anymore. Lastly just look at it with stain ideology in mind, Stain wanted to kill the fake heroes, those who were doing it only for fame or money. But his wishes have now been heard, because the only heroes remaining are those with the heart of a true hero. The heroes who reach out there hand to help, like Deku. The hero society is no more, but on the ashes of it, a new better one will appear.

Also with shoto its rare, the parents marriage was basically a quirk marriage, so he can use fire and ice. All for one can give quirks right? But this isnt thr case for everyone else, and majority only use 1 quirk. I might have said something in the video which may sound like i didnt know lol. But trust me i know xD

Like his takeaway is the polar opposite from what the scene tries to actually show. In 'hero society' this would've never happened. It's exactly BECAUSE Shigaraki damaged the reputation of heroes that these things are happening, civilians are taking up arms and trying to be vigilantes despite not knowing what they're doing.

Japan is actually on the verge of disappearing, and that's thanks to Dabi revelation and Shigaraki. The villain have won the war. All for One is just two step away from becoming the Emperor of Japan. I don't even think we can say there's a society at this point, so a hero society is even more out of the question.
