Official tends to make pretty literal translations which causes some of the dialogue to feel clunky. Whereas I feel TCB makes the translations and then makes it flow nicely for someone who primarily reads in English.

And then if you want the double spread, every page shows 2 pages. So unless you wanna rotate your phone/computer every couple of pages, TCB is the way to go in my opinion
