Okay guys that was shigaraki at the end right, also when at the end he wanted to help deku, the guy in the shadow, does that mean shigaraki was the user too for one for all, that too being the first. Or have i got this all wrong and that is not him to begin with lol. Plz just explain this and not go pass episode 2.

He revealed that Shigaraki is Nana Shimaru's grandson. Nana Shimaru is All might's predecessor of his quirk and also his master (the first woman that Deku sees in the dream). You should react to that reveal too
