(Or that was one of the treasure that tell you devil fruit that been recorded so the ancient one) since it old…That how he know about luffy fruit and that why it took it form the government when they finally found it. I think Blackbeard over heard shanks slip up about the book and stole it to look for the vortex devil fruit and gave shank the scar and know which devil fruit give which effects. In order to spend all their time and effort on super fast animations during the fight at the end (which I could barely see what was going on... Wtf they did the floor grab attack in 3 frames), in order to do that they repeated the same animation sequence 2 more times. The animators were not skilled enough to make it as good as a real loony toons style. Kind of sad 😢 but I'll give it 7.5 or 8/10 for effort
