Maybe his dream is to end the pirate era, how? When he finds the One Piece pirates will lose interest in looking for the treasure and stop killing each other. But the two key points in my opinion are that 1) he told this to Shanks before he even met Ace and Sabo, so he's had this dream since he was around Shanks at least. 2) Ace on his deathbed said, "my only regret is that I won't live long enough to to see you achieve your dream." To me, for Ace to say my only regret is to miss the crazy ass party you're gonna throw after becoming pirate King seems too trivial to say while dying in your brother's arms. And Ace told Luffy that they wanted to live with NO REGRETS! Now he regrets not getting to go to a party (I know I'm oversimplifying the party idea, but that's what it is, a party). Idk what his dream is, so I can't really say anything tho.

"He laughed, we all laughed with tears in our eyes" the strawhat's reactions feel very similar to the reaction of Roger's crew on laugh tale in chapter 967. What if Roger's dream was the same as joyboy? That would make me laugh too if I see it. Imagine traveling to the end of the Grandline and seeing that "damn, this man had the same dream as me, I wished we could've or lived in the same era" It's very powerful if you think about. I like the theory about turning everyone into a pirate since in a way roger fulfilled his dream by starting the age of piracy.

I really appreciate how Khan stated that he cant move to the next page unless he has some kind of interpretation of whatever he’s seeing on the panels. MAJOR W for this, it put a smile on my face when he said that. It’s true that you should be reading with the intent of making an interpretation for every picture. Most reactors just read the page once and rush to finish the chapter. I am also noticing how people online are taking notice of Khan’s manga reactions and trying to slander for his takes. But truthfully his takes are some the best from any OP YouTuber in a long time. Like in this chapter he was able to somewhat theorize that Luffy’s Dream is about uniting people and celebrating. Without even knowing about the Big Party Theory. My dude Khan is as sharp as a knife with these takes and interpretations of the story.

Also Whitebeard had 16 Division Commanders, in Chapter 16 Luffy and Buggy fight each other (two future Yonko). Who knows what else there is

My guess would be that Luffy wants to unite the world for everyone to live in peace and harmony and to get rid of all the unfairness and bad leaders that suppress countries. He wants to bring a new age full of joy and fun and freedom. Sounds corny, I know, but I feel like thats a fitting dream for a little child. The reason I think that is bc of the way Oda portrayed this chapter. We get to see Luffy talk about his dream right before we see what the WG/Im-sama is doing to keep everything under control. It's like Oda showed us the exact opposite of what Luffy wants and what this world must really get rid off. Anyways: When Shanks said Luffys words reminded him on the words Roger once said I believe this exact dream to be these kind of words. And I believe that Roger said them after he found Laugh Tale. Remember him telling Rayleigh that he wants his son to find the One Piece? Could've been that moment when he also mentioned the dream which Shanks overheard at this moment. A dream that no one else would dare to speak out loud until Luffy did it. Just a wild guess

It also explains what Shanks said to Rayleigh "he said the exact same words as Roger" and also why Rayleigh wanted to meet Luffy. So by default Rayleigh also knows about Luffy dream through that convo. Don't forget Ace told Yamato too, so I also think Yamato is definitely joining the crew later and we'll get Wano part 2 based on this detail. So many theories come out of these small details, I love this about OP.
