2023-03-02 11:25:54 +0000 UTCAbout SBS: Some peeps think we didn't know about the 105 SBS leak, day 1, hour 1, which is just ridiculous. Most of the mods are One Piece fans. I won't be showing Khan out of order SBS like vol 105 without him reading the rest of them. I wouldn't mind uploading SBS from volumes 102 to 105 if I had all of them translated, and formatted well. (No, not the wiki. There is absolutely no way that I'm taking pictures of the wiki and uploading it to the reader.) If someone has all the SBS from those volumes with good translation and good formatting, post in in the #one-piece-manga channel in the discord and @ me there. Unless that happens, Khan will probably just read SBS from the wiki once he's caught up. Then again, that's just my guess as it's up to him to decide.

Luffy taking on Kaido 1v1 would definetely be one of those things. WG wanted the D to be removed from the poster as well as the Nika-Picture being changed. Pretty sure they wanted to keep Luffy as low as possible to not give him even more credit. Thats why he got 3 bil. To not push him over Kidd and Law, so that he doesn't seem any more special than he already does. Splitting 9 bill on 3 people seems to be best way to do that. The more logical way would have been to splitt BM's bounty and add it to Kidd and Law as well as splitting Kaidos bounty and add one half to Luffys bounty. But the push for him would've been to imense with that. This would've been the much better option imo: Luffy = 3.805.550.000 Law = 2.694.000.000 Kid = 2.664.000.000 They way Oda did it, it looks more like Kidd and Law did more than Luffy, bc their raise was tremendous compared to Luffy

There was a lot of build up about Zoro before Wano and it was the arc after Sanji / Whole Cake Island so I'm sure Oda had plans but something happened and he cancelled it. Maybe the arc was too long already, or he couldn't figure out a good way to integrate Zoro into the same arc as kaido and the Samurais. Who knows. I also read a comment from Oda which says he thinks some of the big plots could have been written better and if he could go back and change some parts he would. I forgot where I saw that though, it might get released with the new Volume 105.
