I was joking and Khan can obviously do what he wants but I do believe there is a reason why Khan is crying during a chapter like 1057 while other youtubers said it was a bad ending.

2023-02-28 18:51:21 +0000 UTCIdk, I just really enjoyed Whole Cake. The aesthetic of the island, Big Mom and Sanji backstory, the wedding, the characters, the finale of Katakuri and Luffy. Also, since its a shorter arc I feel like it didn't waste too much time (at least for the manga). Wano has some of the best moments in One Piece, but there were also sooooo many segments I just did not care about.

The hole story is just so well writen its insane!

2023-02-28 14:13:34 +0000 UTC1 - Water 7/Enies Lobby 2 - Sabaody 3 - Wano I know, I'm probably in the minority on this one but Sabaody is in my top 2, it brings so many new things to the table, I just love it. The introduction of the Supernova, Kid, Law, Capone, Drake, Killer, Hawkins... the introduction of the Tenryubito and they're despicable way of living, the concept of racism towards fishman and why Arlong was the way he was, the best Luffy punch in the whole series againt Saint Charlos, the first appearance of Rayleigh first mate of the Pirate King Roger, the first appearance of Kizaru, Sentomaru and the Pacifista. But what definitely brings it in my top 2 is the complete defeat of the strawhat pirates, and the shift that it creates in the story.

2023-02-28 13:41:21 +0000 UTCUnpopular opinion: Luffy would still lose a 1vs1 against Kaido if it was a fair fight from the very first second on. No Island to be carried, no Scabbards or other third parties to interfere - just Kaido vs Luffy, toe to toe. Even with Gear 5 Luffy almost lost. Luffy gaining Yonko-Level strength is neither right nor wrong. But I'd say he made a huge step to fit into that position.

When I read it alone and on a weekly basis the Arc was kinda too slow and had many things I didn't like (e.g. Brook, Nami and Usopp having no 1v1; Luffys bounty being the same as Kidds and Laws; the way Big Mom got defeated etc...). But then again reading along with Khan on a much faster and more detailed way Wano felt waaaay better to me. BUT! While ranking it 2nd place now it doesn't top my all-time favourite Arc: Water 7/Enies Lobby. I have to admit that Odens/Rogers Flashback was probably the best FB in the whole series tho. Wano had so many peak moments. Still - I kinda feel like I have to give it to W7/EL. I just enjoyed it a bit more, I think. Third place would be Skypiea, then East Blue (good ol' days! Nostalgia plays a huge part to it, I'll have to admit that) and then Marineford, which was good but not as good as many people say. Especially after Wano Marineford feels like a letdown. I mean - imagine the Marineford Arc would take place right after Wano and tell me what expactations you'd have. Now compare it to the OG Marineford that actually took place. And I don't mean you should consider anybody dead or anything. Just the pure display of strength and how the fight would look like. Seeing Kaido and Big Mom, the YCs and even most of the Strawhats it feels like almost everyone on Marineford was displayed weak af. 1st - Water 7/Enies Lobby 2nd - Wano 3rd - Skypiea 4th - EastBlue 5th - Marineford

All the Disney esque songs, development of sanji as a character, fleshing out relationship between Luffy and Sanji, big mom's crazy backstory, Katakuri, sanji finding his perfect romantic match that remained unfulfilled, and ending whole cake in a way that shows the immense gap between yonko and luffy still, thus leave you wanting for more.

Now after this third with Khan and seeing someone else’s perspective of the arc I realized how much I love Wano. So much has changed in the story from when we first arrived in Wano to the moment Wano ended. Not just changes for the characters in the story but as the audience as well. We learned a TON of information throughout this arc and there were so many high moments in Wano. My Top 3 Arcs: -Wano -Skypiea -Marineford/Arlong Park
